What are the terms of use?
Usage Limitations: a. Repackaging and Resale: The User is prohibited from repackaging and reselling the original samples or any derivative works created using the samples as standalone sample packs or sound libraries. b. Major Label Usage: If the User places a record on a MAJOR LABEL using the sample(s), the User agrees to the following terms: Split of Publishing: The User will split the publishing with Jkeys fairly. Co-Production Credit: The User will provide Jkeys with Co-Production credit. Up-Front Producer Fee: If applicable, the User will agree on a fair split of the up-front producer fee with Jkeys. (For inquiries regarding major label usage, please contact: jkeysproduction@gmail.com).

Non-Major Label Usage: If the User uses the sample(s) on any NON MAJOR LABEL platforms, the User is granted the freedom to use the samples in any manner they desire, including but not limited to uploading to Soundcloud, selling the beats to independent artists, including them on beat-tapes, and other similar uses.

Sample Clearing: The User is relieved from any sample clearing obligations. The Company has ensured that the samples included in the sample pack have been properly cleared and do not infringe upon any third-party rights. However, it is the User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the samples complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in the samples and any accompanying documentation or materials provided by the Company remain the sole property of the Company. This Agreement does not grant the User any ownership rights in the samples.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By downloading and using the sample pack, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
